🧪 Freedom Formulas
The real difference between being GOOD at your job and being VISIBLE in your career:
One earns you a pat on the back (and the occasional raise).
The other opens doors and raises your ceiling for growth.
Let me be super real with you:
When you are visible in your career, you can unlock access to opportunities and INCREDIBLE people that you would rarely have access to in that same capacity just by virtue of your 9-5.
It would take YEARS, if not even DECADES, for you to climb the ranks of corporate America to unlock that kind of access.
You don’t have time for that.
I don’t have time for that.
We need that access and transformation NOW.
So instead of waiting for corporate America to grant you that access eventually by virtue of your senior sounding job title, you should be strategically and intentionally creating that access yourself.
You should control your own narrative.
But here’s the thing:

Being visible in your career is about more than “just” posting on social media (although social is the biggest visibility amplifier), it’s about:
✅ public speaking
✅ collaborating with people in your niche/industry
✅ 1:1 networking
✅ attending events
✅ mentoring and being mentored
✅ making intros
✅ tagging members of your network in comments on LinkedIn to highlight opportunities to them
✅ engaging with people’s posts to amplify their work
✅ media features
✅ being recognized with awards
✅ showing up authentically
Ultimately, it’s about creating value - at scale.
And that’s why you should invest just as much energy into being visible in your career as you are in being good at your job.
Being good in your job is paying your bills now.
Being visible in your career will be paying the bills + massive compounding interest for DECADES to come.
